About Me

Hi! I'm Daisy and I'm a languages tutor in St Albans.

I graduated with First Class Honours in Modern Languages from the University of Southampton in 2018, I have one year of full time teaching experience and am now offering private classes in French, Spanish, German and English as a foreign language to all ages and all levels up to and including B2. I can travel to you - within St Albans and some areas of London, or I also offer lessons online via Skype.

All private classes are £30 per hour
I also take block bookings of ten hours for £250

Daisy is an excellent teacher, with some very good teaching methods that help you to learn without even realising that you're learning. She is a very kind and attentive person. I hope that one day I will be able to take a class with her again, as I learnt a lot and I felt very comfortable at all times.

Daisy is an excellent tutor in every respect. My son really lacked motivation in French and was struggling with it as a GCSE. After a few lessons with Daisy he said it was the first time that the subject began to 'make sense' and he was actually starting to enjoy it!!! His predicted grade went up by 3 levels over the year that Daisy was his tutor and there was a real shift in his focus and engagement. Daisy is also really professional, punctual and lovely to deal with. Can't recommend Daisy highly enough, she is a star- thank you Daisy.
